Peach and Raspberry Cobbler

Prep: 20 minutes   Bake: 25-30 minutes

This light and easy dessert is great to whip-up on a warm summer day and as with almost any dessert it is paired great with your favorite ice cream! I have mine paired with a Dryers Slow Turned Vanilla Bean! YUMMY!! I hope you enjoy this sweet treat!

Ingredients
2 ½ cups sliced fresh peaches
2 cups fresh raspberries- frozen is okay as long as the fruit is thawed out
½ cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 cups Bisquick Mix
½ cup milk
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine melted
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

The Process

1. Heat oven to 375*

2. Lightly butter bottom and sides of a deep-dish pie plate, 9x 1 ½ inches.

3. Mix peaches, raspberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg in a large bowl and let stand for about 10 minutes.



4. While the fruit is sitting, mix together the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until a dough starts for form.


5. Spoon the fruit mixture into the bottom of the pan. Then drop dough by the spoonfuls onto fruit mixture.


6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and topping is a deep golden brown and thoroughly baked.

7. Enjoy!
